Who are we you ask...

Holly Turner and Brian Osborn are long time property owners and neighbors in Waterway Palms Plantation. Back in 2014 when the community only consisted of 40 or 50 homes, there simply was not a lot of neighbors. The Osborn family and Turner family ended up meeting each other at the community pool around 2016 and became great friends. 

Brian was new to the world of real estate at the time and was rapidly becoming a preferred realtor in the area selling many homes and lots in Waterway Palms Plantation. 

Holly didn’t join the world of real estate until February of 2020. Her first year of sales was a success and Brian noted her potential and invited her to join his Brokerage and team. One of her first sales was a home in Waterway Palms and since then, Holly has also sold several lots and homes in the community. Holly has also served as a member of the social committee as well as the Architectural Review Committee. Her husband Brad also served two terms on the Board of Directors. 

It has always been Holly and Brian’s priority to help keep the community growing in the right direction and helping their new home owners and neighbors navigate this great community.
