Blair was born and raised in Florence, South Carolina. In 2000 Blair moved to Myrtle Beach to pursue a career in professional golf. For the last 10 years, Blair has served as a golf professional at Rivers Edge Golf Club. During that tenure, he also partnered with a company specializing in golf retail, which has several golf shops at clubs in the Myrtle Beach area. Blair has always had a passion for real estate and after spending 10 years in the golf industry, he switched gears and turned his passion into a career. He has brought the same professional dedication, attention to detail, and desire to sell real estate since. Blair currently resides in Murrells Inlet with his wife Emily and their 4-year-old son. He enjoys spending time on the beach, riding bikes, golf cart rides along the inlet, and of course time on the golf course.
